recommended dose:
Adults: 1 tablet per day, or as recommended by healthcare practitioner.

• citrus bioflavonoids (from Citrus limon, sinensis, paradisi, reticulata, and aurantiifolia peel) - 100 mg
• rose hip (Rosa canina fruit) extract - 100 mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Microcrystalline cellulose, tablet coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
