recommended dose:
Adults 18 and older: 1 softgel daily. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.

medicinal ingredients (per softgel):

• Lactobacillus acidophilus - 0.74 billion CFU
• Lactocaseibacillus rhamnosus - 0.21 billion CFU
• Lactiplantibacillus plantarum - 0.05 billion CFU

CFU = colony forming units

non-medicinal ingredients:
Gelatin (fish), glycerin, lecithin, pectin, vegetable oil.

cautions and warnings:

• consult healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain

contraindications:

• do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment)

known adverse reactions:

• stop use and consult healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (such as diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days
