recommended dose:
Adults 19 years and older: take 1 capsule, 2 times per day

medicinal ingredients (per capsule):

• Saffron (Crocus sativus, whole, 10:1 extract equivalent to 150mg dry herb) - 15mg
  Standardized to contain 2% safranal

non-medicinal ingredients:
Magnesium stearate, hypromellose, purified water.

cautions and warnings:
