recommended use:

• traditionally used in herbal medicine for relief of mild symptoms of mental stress and exhaustion, and to aid sleep
• helps to improve quality of sleep in those with mild mental stress
• helps to relieve symptoms of mild stress such as racing thoughts

recommended dose:
Adults: 1 softgel daily.

medicinal ingredients (per softgel):

• Silexan™ lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil - 80mg

non-medicinal ingredients:
Rapeseed oil, gelatin, glycerin, sorbitol, annatto extract.

contraindications:

• do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a sensitvity to lavender or other ingredients in the product
