BIO-FLO I contains herbs that are traditionally used in phytotherapy and herbalism as a bulk-forming laxative to provide gentle relief of constipation and/or irregularity. INGREDIENTS Psyllium (husk), Hibiscus (flower), Licorice (root), Slippery elm (bark), Apple (fiber) We carefully prioritize, as far as possible, the use of wild picked or organically grown ingredients in our products. POSOLOGY For adults and children 14 years of age and over. Take 1 teaspoon (3,5g) in a glass of water or juice (250ml or 8 ounces), 1 to 3 times daily. Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
